I highly recommend Chef Jenn for any catering needs. I rented a house on Lake Anna for my husband's 50th Birthday celebration. Chef Jenn prepared breakfast for our stay with made to order eggs, bacon, sautÃ©ed potatoes, waffles and fresh fruit and homemade banana muffins. That was just a little extra that we threw in at the last minute. Our main use of a personal chef's service was for a formal birthday dinner. Chef Jenn prepared a gourmet feast for our guest that consisted of Tunisian Braised Short Ribs, Jumbo prawns and seared sea scallops with Garlic , Rissotto and Red potatoes. Topped off with Buttercream Rich Chocolate Mousse with Sweetened Whip Cream and Fresh Berries. The meal was excellent and Chef Jenn and her husband were a delight. They prepared, served and cleaned. My guest were very impressed. I did I forget to mention the fresh fruit and cheese tray with wine that we had prior to the dinner. I only wish she lived closer so that I could take advantage of her weekly meal preps. I will definitely use her services again.

Jennifer has catered two events for us, the first a family buffet to celebrate"everyone over fifty", the second to celebrate our 60th anniversary. She planned and executed both with professional expertise. The food was outstanding, service was great and all went smoothly. We were very pleased and happy to be guests at our events.

Chef Jen is a great personal chef who makes wonderful food! She takes into account your likes and dislikes and prepares meals that are enjoyable for our whole family, including my picky 10 year old! Highly recommend her!

Great Job. We had so many compliments on the cake. We picked a cake from a magazine and she made the exact cake just in a different color. She was on time and made sure we were completely happy with the cake before leaving.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
There is a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into your cook date or event. Recipe and menu research alone can take more than two hours if special dietary requirements are necessary. Shopping for an event can take several hours within multiple sites and price comparing for the best value for your money.
