Suhail did a great job assembling my office chair and completed the task within 30 minutes. However, he arrived with his son, which was unexpected. He also requested a tip before completing the service, stating, “What, no tip? It was a long travel for me to get here,” despite having known my address several days prior and being listed as a provider in the Amherst area. Overall, he provided good service, but the request for an upfront tip was unexpected and a bit off-putting.
