FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the option of hourly rates, or per project pricing. Nobody likes surprises in project costs and to ensure you know exactly what the project is projected to cost, We will physically meet with you onsite to view your project and give you an individualized price proposal. Upon your approval of the proposal, including labor, equipment and parts, we will schedule a convenient time and get started! We work together, I will never tack on fees or costs, without our having agreed on them together. Integrity is key.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial communication, we will meet with you to understand your specific needs and review the project firsthand. After our meeting, we will prepare a proposal for you. Once you have agreed to the proposal, we will schedule a time (and timeframe!) to commence and complete your project. We will have open lines of communication throughout the duration and satisfactory completion of your project. We are very approachable and happy to answer your questions along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With nearly 10 years of corporate multi-family housing and private real estate experience, I have been privy to learning under some of the best in the field, as well as having received high level corporate training. In the multi-family corporate housing market, expectations are high and meeting these expectations are unequivocally expected. Whether for routine maintenance work or complete home renovation. I bring this training and experience with me into each project that I work on for my clients, which leads to a positive experience and generates a healthy relationship and repeat customers.
