Nate did amazing job. I filled out inquiry on this platform he called me right away. We talk and next day he came with my warranty approved parts and did installation. He explained me everything he did and price was reasonable as well. I had so bad expected with FH Furr professionals and their price. This is a late review. We had Nate and his partner come up for an outdoor unit issue where the fan wasn't functioning. They were responsive and punctual. They started with the initial checks on the unit. They identified that it was a simple issue where the a bug was zapped in the contactor. They were quick in identifying that and fixed it. Sure to hire them again for seasonal maintenance.
