Sunday 6pm, heat index 104, the ac stopped working.I posted request on Thumbtack. Within 10 minutes Nate called to arrange service for next day. Disappointed, I settled for a miserable night. 5 minutes later Nate called again to let me know a technician could come within 45 minutes, couldn’t believe my ears that there was a chance for a working AC that night . Matt showed up on time, he found the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. He also checked the whole system to make sure he hadn’t missed anything. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, he shared few useful tips, and professional. I haven’t had such a nice experience in along time. From now on this will be the HVAC company I’ll use. I am very grateful to both of them for arranging service that night.
