Thierry is a great guy to work with. He ordered the parts required and informed me once the parts are ready to do the service. Scheduled a mutually convenient time for service and came in time. He did a great job replacing my MacBook Pro battery and keyboard. It took more than anticipated time with the keyboard replacement as he has to remove tightly glued keys one by one, but he did a great job patiently working thru them. Battery replacement was done pretty fast and smoothly. Once all the work is done, tested the MacBook and worked like new. I would definitely recommend Thierry to any one who needs any computer equipment fixes.

MY EXPERIENCE SINCE I FIRST WROTE THE REVIEW IS THAT IT WOULDN'T SUBMIT IT. I MADE A SCEENSHOT OF IT WHICH I PLANNED TO SUBMIT AS A COPY, BUT THAT FAILED I KNOW NOT WHY. i DID BY THE WAY PAY HIM. ASK HIM! NEXT I MADE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE SCREEN SHOT. MOVED IT TO PHOTOSTATIC COLLAGES. PUT IT ONE A 8 X 11 AND USED THE SCREENSHOT AS A PHOTO. HAD TROUBLE, BUT IT FINALLY AGREED TO FIT THE PAPER. THEN, AND I NEED GEORGE BACK OUT HERE BECAUSE SUDDENLY ALL 4 OR MY PRINTERS REFUSE TO SCAN. (I HAVEN'T A CLUE.) I DID GET IT TO PRINT ON A 8.5X11. i AM NOW AT 12:15 AM GOING TO TRY TO MAKE IT AN ATTACHMENT AND TRY TO SEND IT TO THE EMAIL ADDRES ON THE CARD. I'M TIRED. I WANT TO GO TO BED, BUT I WILL TRY THAT FIRST. I HAVE THE DOCTOR IN THE MORNING, SO I'LL HAVE TO TRY AFTER. I ALSO NEED HIM OUT HERE BECAUSE THE DOWNLOAD HE DID HAS NOT MET OUR EXPETATIONS. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. COMPUTER IS WORKING FINE OTHERWISE. AND I WOULD NOT NEGLECT TO PAY HIM, IF I WAS STARVING AND LIVING IN MY CAR. HE LET HERE RICHER AND LEFT ME WITH LESS MONEY, AS HE WALKED OUT THE DOOR. THAT IS DONE. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL WORK. ASK HIM TO CALL ME AFTER 1 PM. NEED TO TALK TO HIM. THANK YOU. WHOEVER YOU ARE. My computer screen was so cracked ! I went ahead and requested a repair with him! From the quote to the actual appointment the service was so perfect ! He gave me a quote so I could get ready ! I scheduled the appointment and showed at my house on time ! The great thing found out he speaks French ! I had my fellow friend speaker and it was so pleasant to chat with him!
