Introduction: I provide liscenced and insured cleaning services at a affordable price. I take pride in my work and like seeing a smiling face on my customers face. I do windows (interior/exteriors), move ins, move outs, commercial, reoccurring cleanings, monthly cleanings, one time deep cleans, vacation rentals, foreclosures, construction cleanings and recently I took on a bread and breakfast. I provide all supplies and equipment for jobs. I have great personal and professional references that i can provide. I also am a member of the chamber of commerce out of luray va. I enjoy cleaning have been doing it all my life. I enjoy giving a helping hand to those who don't have the time to clean or to ones that just cant do it anymore. Its also nice just to give someone a vacation and do there vacation rentals for them while they are away. Met a client the other day he said it's so nice just knowing your a phone call away just in case of emergency or anything. I am fair on my prices. I know times are hard for everyone and I'm trustworthy and honest and i do a good job!!!

First of all i waited weeks to get back a criminal background in which i passed then the deal went from $20 a office to $12 taxed money for job and the job was costing me more in gas then the work i think its very unprofessional to leave a review like this for someone trying to get started in a business. I told you i couldnt do it thanks for the review i have other customers that say otherwise

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do the work by the job a set rate for the whole job but sometimes customers want hourly rates mine $12 a hour you can ask future clients i get the job done in a quick timely fashion I do not try to ride the clock and get overpaid thats why i really . like setting a fair price.Ill come in get what u want done and make sure customer is happy as long as the customer is happy thats a job well done for me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to go look at the job and see what kind of work its gonna take how long etc. i do bidding on thumbtack but its kind of hard when you cant see the mess your dealing with I like to get to know my clients and find out what suits them and what they exactly want for the services they are paying for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im highschool graduate i took one year of office administration in a technical center. I have had all kinds of cleaning training from motel, hotels, construction cleaning , to even helonclean up after fire and flood damage. I have been doing homes people move out of for realtor or move ins and also do cleaning for customers who live in home so far so good everyone seems to like my work.
