Normally I dont do reviews on the internet if Ive had a bad experience but this is just unacceptable and I would except to be false advertising.You claim to be a foundation company and your Foundation RepairCrawl Space RepairBasement WaterproofingConcrete LiftingI called to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate but the same day I schedule the appointment the engineer expert called asking for pictures and then said they cant fix that. If you cant fix an actual foundation issue then what can you do? Im just at a loss of words on how no one can even come look at the issue before saying they cant do that. Obviously you cant do foundation repairs.Ive never had a company advertise something but never actually look at the issue before saying you cant do it. Your website should not say Foundation Repair if you actually cant repair anything.

Dana, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. Sometimes there are limits to what we can do. When you shared the picture with us of what you needed repaired, it was obvious that you needed a brick/block mason. Your repair was outside of our normal scope of work. Again, I so sincerely apologize that we could not have been more help.

Fortress Foundation performed a crawlspace encapsulation and mold remediation on my home. Extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality of work.Robert was the salesman I worked with and he designed a system that saved us some cost by more efficiently routing the sump drainage. He continued to promptly and clearly answer technical questions during and after the process.Charlie and his team from Lynchburg did the install and were very thorough and competent. I crawled under there myself and they did an extremely thorough job that gives me tremendous confidence about my crawlspace.Highly recommend. A quality crawlspace encapsulation is not inexpensive but is a definitive investment in the long term health of your home! I am very glad I used Fortress Foundations.

We just had our entire crawl space encapsulated by Fortress Foundation Solutions! Not only is the product amazing but the crew that they sent was TOP NOTCH!! The 5 man crew consisted of Jacob, Doubt, Lawrence, Christopher, and Edwin. I cant leave out Chris the salesman he was the go to guy for us during the whole process, he not only made one 3 hour trip but TWO just to make sure he could answer any question I had. They were all kind and courteous the whole time and even took the time out of there busy days under the house to enteract with my children. The cleanliness of their work was phenomenal. I highly recommend the company and if you can make sure you request this crew!!!
