A high level of care, thoughtfulness, and effort is an understatement! They were not only trying to help me 24hrs before my move (due to the incompetence of another company); unfortunately, things didn’t work out, and we were not able to hire them. Moving day arrived the following day, and we experienced yet ANOTHER issue regarding movers; due to the amazing customer service the day before, I decided to contract Kairos again. Can I tell you that they saved the day and within 2hrs had movers at our door and helped us load from two locations. I can’t say enough about this fantastic team of people!

Ella is a wonderful communicator. Kenny and MJ were kind and efficient, and careful with fragile items. I’ve moved a lot and worked with lots of movers: Kairos is the best experience I’ve had so far. I will hire them again for my next move. Thank you team!

Made a micro moving job go quickly and smoothly. Good online communication. Sent pics of item moved into storage unit (I could not be there in person). Friend at pick up location said they were personable, professional, and quick.
