- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the most affordable moving service on this side of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We focus on the customer and we have a strong track record that is backed up by our customers. Just take a look at our Facebook page. We price per hour, per worker. We have a flat rate truck fee for local moves. So the only thing that changes in your price is how long the job takes. Simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have a new customer or interested customer we send your number to our sales rep Zoey to give you a quote. If there are special things like stairs, heavy items, or any other special circumstances we will do a site survey to give you a more accurate quote. From there we book your move date and assign a crew to you who will reach out to you within 24-48 hours before the move date to confirm that you are still good to go. From there, we conduct the move and then collect payment. It's a simple process that we try not to overcomplicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drivers are all trained and experienced on box trucks and trailers. We are a certified business that has been operating for 20+ years. Our workers are experienced and we have conducted over 2000 moves and deliveries with fantastic results.
