Billy was quick to respond to our request. He came out to give us an estimate the same day and even cleared the driveway right after we approved the estimate, so we could drive through. The level of professionalism was impressive, Billy had a digital estimate and invoice to us within minutes. The next day, he and his crew came to chip our downed tree and some of the other small twigs and branches that fell in the wind storm. They kindly rebent our woven wire fence back into place as well, going above and beyond for their customer. We will definitely be using his service again in the future and recommend him and his crew to all. Thanks Billy and team!

John had mentioned several times that the limbs needed to come down then Billy stopped by & John asked him to take a look. Next thing I know an appointment had been scheduled and I heard limbs falling! Watching them work yesterday allowed me to better understand what John had been seeing all along and it was fascinating. Great team. We lucked out and got instant service when we caught them trimming the neighbors tree. Billy gave me a quote for a branch that hung into our yard and for cleaning up our roof line. Then he said you want to do this right now? An hour later, he and his team had taken care of years worth of headaches. Billy is super-knowledgeable and happy to share his expertise and made sure we got what we wanted, though I told him just do whats smart. He did! Great work. Great crew. Thanks, you guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm generally not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive. I'm a firm believer in you get with you pay for! sometimes it does not cost much more to fly first class!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
walk the property and point out any hazardous trees they may have, and then set a plan for proper pruning and treatment for the trees they love. I also help customers come up with full landscapes and hardscapes designs. I also offer package deal discounts and try to help the projects fit their needs and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
second generation in the industry, hands on is the real experience in this line of business. however I love tree identification and preserving the health of trees so I do study a lot of arborist books.
