We had a leak in our all home humidifier and after calling around and not being successful or having appointments moved on us, we decided to call Marlon when I found him on Thumbtack. Marlon was very responsive, prompt and was willing to come out late on a Friday due to the situation to help investigate and resolve the issue. He was also able to do a furnace tune up for us while on-site which I had asked about when I spoke to him. He arrived on time, giving me a heads up call prior to arrival. He diagnosed the problem, discussed our options with us and let us make our decision. A new part was required (which I expected) to fix the leak in the humidifier. He was willing to come back on Saturday upon purchase of the part and all this was resolved in less than 24 hours of connecting with Marlon. He is knowledgeable, honest and reasonable and I will have him on my call list going forward to support all my HVAC and humidifier needs. Thanks Marlon! Excellent service!
