We were able to assess the problem by telephone. Through a process of elimination (in consideration of steps I had already taken), we determined that the cost of one or more of the likely replacement parts was sufficiently high (for a 4+ year-old printer) that purchasing a new printer was preferable. I gladly paid his consulting fee to avoid inconvenience and further waste of time.

Robert Mason came to my house to look at my HP Officejet printer, which would not print because the access door to the print cartridges would not close. He was very professional and friendly, looked at the printer and determined that one of the hinges to the access door had broken. Since I preferred not to order a replacement hinge part as I do not use the printer that frequently, Robert removed the bottom part of the broken hinge so that the door fully closed and the sensor engaged to recognize that the door was closed. The printer will operate now because of this. I would definitely seek Robert's help again for any printer problems. Thank you!

80.00 min charge for Standalone Inkjet Desktop printers. 100.00 min charge for MFD Inkjet Printers (Fax, Copy,Scan,Print).120.00 min charge for Laser Desktop and Commercial floor model MFD Printers (Fax, Copy,Scan,Print) . Travel charge of $20.00 per every 20 miles over from company location( Lorton, Va), 20.00 will be added to the total charges. Preference of service is Northern Virginia.
