The company came out the same day I called — fast, professional, and ready to help when I had no clear answers and a bathroom I couldn’t use — and immediately made clear what needed to happen. After the mitigation crew left without identifying the source of the damage, Old School Plumbing returned and went into full detective mode. Like Batman with a wrench, Old School Plumbing spent nearly an hour inspecting every possibility with incredible precision — running tests, checking angles, and ruling things out until finally diagnosing a concealed leak in the bathtub drain stopper assembly. This wasn’t something you could see on the surface; it only revealed itself under specific conditions. The level of detail in the inspection was beyond anything I’d seen from other contractors. Old School Plumbing didn’t just explain the issue clearly — the company also wrote up a clean, professional report I could send directly to my insurance provider. I recently had some plumbing work done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! David came in to change out a copper pipe and replace my old hose bib, and he was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the entire process.
