Mr. Cruz is very talented craftsman! The ceiling in my basement suffered water damage. He restored the area that included replacing drywall, repairing seams and finishing with 2 coats of paint and a new light fixture. The ceiling shows no indication of damage and looks beautiful! He also repaired door frames that separated due to settling and fixed an exterior door that would not open and needed a new seal and adjusting. The home was prepared from the entrance with floor coverings and plastic to protect other areas of the home from dust from the ceiling sanding. The cleanup was excellent, too! I highly recommend Mr. Cruz as so many others have!

Regulo did an amazing job repairing my basement ceiling where numerous holes had to be cut into the drywall for wiring. He patched everything perfectly, fixed numerous nail pops and a bad tape seam from when the house was built. Once sanded, he did an amazing job applying two coats of ceiling paint. The ceiling looks flawless and brand new. I will use him again and I highly recommend him!

Mr Cruz did an outstanding job on our drywall project. The fireplace walls on either side were water damaged. He replaced the moldy drywall and insulation with brand new. Looks great! He also crafted a door over our electrical box. Extremely satisfied. He was also on time and completed the job very quick. I would highly recommend.
