Omar was very responsive, courteous and punctual. He came within couple hours of calling, did a great job replacing my faucet, walked me through some features that even I didnt know and left with a smile.

Omar was fantastic. Very responsive, communicated very well, extremely polite, provided immediate estimates, performed excellent work replacing our toilet, and provided us with an extremely professional service. His work was very clean and well done and he was very patient with the many follow-up questions we had for him. Would highly recommend him and will definitely hire again for more plumbing work.

Working with Omar & IQ Plumbing Solutions has been one of the best customer service expriences of my life. Not only was he responsive, timely, and knowledgeable, his fee was extremely reasonable and below all 4 other estimates. He kept me informed along the way, and he didn't charge me extra for the job taking longer than expected (rusted connectors and pipes that had to be sawed to remove). He also was willing to take on a last-minute extra request with no problem, since time permitted it. His friendly and professional manner was icing on the cake. I highly, highly recommend him for all of your plumbing tasks. You won't be disappointed!!! I wish all of my service experiences were this good.
