Like Batman with a wrench, Old School Plumbing spent nearly an hour inspecting every possibility with incredible precision — running tests, checking angles, and ruling things out until finally diagnosing a concealed leak in the bathtub drain stopper assembly. This wasn’t something you could see on the surface; it only revealed itself under specific conditions. The level of detail in the inspection was beyond anything I’d seen from other contractors.
Old School Plumbing didn’t just explain the issue clearly — the company also wrote up a clean, professional report I could send directly to my insurance provider. And when the time came, came back again to carry out the repair properly. Thanks to that work, my bathroom is fully functional again.
Old School Plumbing is everything you want in a contractor: responsive, thorough, transparent, and committed to doing the job right. I’d recommend this company to anyone — especially if you’re dealing with a plumbing mystery no one else can crack.

David arrived on time, explained everything he was going to do, and answered all of my questions with great patience. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work.
Not only did he finish the job quickly, but he also left the work area neat and clean. I can already see a difference with the new hose bib—it works perfectly, has a winter drip reminder and the new copper pipe installation seems solid and reliable.
I highly recommend Old School Plumbing services to anyone in need of plumbing work. It's always a relief to find trustworthy professionals, and I'll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing needs!
