Franklin did a great job. I had a washing machine that leaked into the downstairs kitchen and had to take out parts of the ceiling. He was able to quickly swoop in within a few days, patch in drywall, paint and it looks like nothing even happened. He made it seem super easy, barely an inconvenience. Great work!
