Joe the tech who came out to quote a new thermostat was very personable, professional and knowlegable. He offered various options costwise. We are glad we are using them. They returned this week to install our thermostat and did a wonderful job. Joe is very good and helpful! Mark the plumber also did a fantastic job letting us know we do not have leaks. Very friendly and know alot.

In January, we had to unexpectedly replace our HVAC systems. We are so happy that we chose Reddick & Sons. We have been so impressed with them from the initial quote meeting to the final installation and the functioning of the new HVAC system. Now, at the end of February and having gone through an extremely cold Virginia winter we're super pleased with our new systems and happy to know that we can count on Reddick & Sons in the future!

We had an issue with our water heater. We initially called for a plumber and even though it turned out to be an electrical issue, Will took the time to walk us through troubleshooting, explained why it was most likely an electrical issue, and was extremely knowledgable. Carlo and his son are the electricians that came out the following day. They were very gracious and clearly experts. They were transparent and told us what the cost would be upfront which was reasonable. They fixed the problem the same day and their positive attitude and expertise is appreciated. Explained everything they were doing and why. We now have hot water for the holiday and are grateful! We trust and highly recommend Reddick & Sons.
We had a separate plumbing issue months later. Nagy got the line cleared quickly! Another great experience. Nagy was professional and an absolute delight. Thank you!
