Jamar was excellent to work with. He was professional, on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
After I spent half the day trying to DIY my plumbing issue, he came in, assessed the situation quickly, identified the problem, and got it fixed. He even gave me a little grace after my own attempts to tackle it first. 😅
What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain what was going on, completed the repair efficiently, and cleaned up after himself before leaving.
