Amazing experience. If you think your water is bad - this is the company to call. Get a free water test. Chuck was so awesome. We LOVE our new water softener system. Fairfax water is not great. So much chlorine. Not anymore! PS: they also had the best price of the others too!

Really happy with this service. They removed our old system and installed a new reverse osmosis and water filtration system. He was so knowledgeable about the different brands of systems and gave really great recommendations. Would definitely use them again!

I have used Nova Water service for installing my whole house water filtration system, 2 weeks back. He did an awesome job. He did his job perfectly, without any rush, definitely not like my previous plumber. Very punctual, responsive and good experience in his field. I definitely recommend this team for any plumbing job.

I contacted Veronica and Chuck to install a whole home water filtration system for our townhome. Veronica was quick to respond to my messages and schedule Chuck to stop by to test our water as well as the subsequent installation. Chuck arrived right on-time, very professional and overall a nice guy.
The new system we have is working perfectly for us, no more chlorine smell and our skin and bodies definitely feel better after a week of using filtered water for our showers and other uses.
Would absolutely recommend Nova Water!

I was incredibly impressed with the work Nova Water did at my house, their quick responses, and their expertise. I called Nova Water to check out an old water softener unit that was bypassed when we moved into our house. Chuck came out to inspect everything and then explained the system to me, told me what the problems were, and gave his opinion on a few different options that we could go with. These options included getting the old system working again, replacing the system, and also some improvements we could make regardless of which option we went with. Veronica sent quotes over for each option shortly after Chuck left, and given the age and condition of the existing unit we decided to replace it with a new unit and add a long lasting carbon filter.
Chuck came back a few days later with the new system and did an awesome job installing it and explaining how it works. We would definitely call them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small business and don't have the overhead the larger companies have to pay. Our prices will beat the competion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers looking to buy a filter for the first time, we will do a FREE consultation with water testing and provide you with expert advise on the types of units available to you and the cost breakdown. You will NOT be pressured to buy on the spot, we will not have one day deals. Our prices are economical and we want you to make the best decision for you and your family.
For customer that already have a system and are looking to have us take over the services, we will also come out for a FREE consultation to assess your system (s) and get to know you to establish a customer relationship. We can service your unit same day or schedule a different time to come back out.
