At JR Snider, we believe plumbing service should go beyond fixing pipes — it should build trust, provide peace of mind, and deliver a truly exceptional customer experience. That’s exactly what we do every day. We've proudly served the Northern Virginia region for over 40 years. Our deep understanding of local homes, water conditions, and infrastructure means we can diagnose and solve problems faster and more effectively than national chains or general contractors.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JR Snider, we believe in transparent and upfront pricing. Every service call begins with a clear, written estimate so customers know exactly what to expect—no surprise fees. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and service discounts for recurring maintenance plans, seniors, and military families. Our goal is to provide exceptional service at a fair value, backed by quality workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and goals. When a new customer contacts us, we schedule a convenient appointment and ensure a licensed technician arrives on time. We perform a thorough assessment, explain the findings in plain language, and offer customized solutions with pricing options. We never pressure; we inform. Once a service is selected, we proceed efficiently, clean up afterward, and ensure you're fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, bonded, and insured, with years of hands-on plumbing experience. Many have completed extensive vocational training, and we continue to invest in ongoing education and certifications. This includes training in modern water treatment systems, tankless water heaters, well pump systems, and advanced diagnostics to stay ahead in our industry.
