Mr. Lonne Browner came to fix our drain problem. He was very professional and punctual. He educated me on the quality of the water and provided an educated solution to my drain problem. He gave me the 3 best solutions and waited patiently as I chose my option. His quality of work was professional, and he explained to me what he was doing to fix the drain. Overall. Plumbifi was very responsive and deserves the rating of excellent.

I am very pleased with the assessment done by Plumbifi. The issue was a one-off, caused by carelessness, not a plumbing issue. The plumber went through a number of steps to find the culprit. This saved me a lot of time and money. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

Lonne was very professional and did a great job with helping fix a major drain clog in the kitchen. He had to go through the extra work with installing a new P-trap which was previously hard-glued by the original home owners. It was a bit pricey but worth the peace of mind knowing it was done thoroughly and well. Thank you!

My experience with Plumbifi exceeded my expectations. Lonne assessed the issue, explained the options (including costs, risks, and next steps.) It was obvious that in addition to being a Licensed Master Plumber, he has a strong business background. He knows how to speak to clients in "easy to understand terms". He solved the primary problem as well as another issue, within my budget. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plumbifi if you are looking for competence, value, punctuality, expertise, problem solving, and a forward-thinking business and technical organization. I especially appreciated the short arrival window. Overall, EXCELLENT experience!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To provide timely, professional service, Plumbifi charges a small service fee. This ensures dedicated scheduling, expert diagnostics, and respect for everyone’s time—including yours. We focus on real solutions, not wasted visits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about the issue and scheduling a service visit. A licensed plumber performs an on-site assessment to identify the root cause and review available solutions. We then provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Once approved, the work is completed to professional standards with clear communication throughout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have formal plumbing training combined with years of field experience servicing residential plumbing systems. Our team completes ongoing education and manufacturer-specific training to stay current with modern materials, equipment, and plumbing code requirements.
