They did a fantastic job with my bathroom! From start to finish they were very professional and were quick to respond with questions that I had. Their installers worked very hard and made sure I was happy with the result. They even took the time to get a black door stopper to go with the colors in my bathroom without me bringing it up. I love details like that. Optimum Contractor also made recommendations that elevated my bathroom (did you know there are exhaust fans that are also Bluetooth speakers…because I didn’t and I must say I love that I have it now)! Will definitely use again.

Its been a week since the visit and I’m still waiting on the estimate that I was advised would be ready in 2-3 business days. There has been no response to my follow up emails. When the contractor arrived for the visit, he advised he was here to look at my roof. I advised that the appointment was for deck. He said he had incorrect information but he could look at the deck too.

Master Bathroom Remodeling work was done. Very happy with Optimum Contractor, workers were extremely punctual right on time for the work, gave the accurate timeline for project to be complete, including some impediments they could have along the way. Super professional, responsive and the work quality was perfect. Will for sure recommend them to family and friends and work with them on future house projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our steps are very simple, we give customers options to make a Phone consultation or a Meeting on-site with our estimators, once we gather all information needed, images and sketches then we provide the customer with the free estimate and follow up with if proposal was received and make a decision of it. Depending of how massive the job is we prepare schedules and crew to initiate with the project by working efficiently and fast pace environment.
