He did a great job at cleaning our (forgot how many years) old carpet. For the second appointment, he even cleaned our stairs for free. We will definitely work with him again.

Byron was quick to respond and got the job done in good time. I had a need to clean carpets in a rental property that had a lot of spots and smelled. He did a fantastic job and the pkace looked so much better for me to be able to show it in the evening. Also, he was true to his price and didn't push to upsell the job. I happily gave a little extra because he was so thorough.

Responded quickly and was available the next day. Did a great job cleaning the carpets but didn’t do a great job cleaning up the water from the machine on my hardwood floors. He did a quick wipe but I had to go back and clean the floors again after it was just cleaned the day before. Not a huge deal, considering everything else was done in a timely and efficient manner.
