We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Four Seasons Design Build on our recent home remodeling project! They completely transformed our basement, two bathrooms, and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. One of the standout features of working with Ken is that he doesn’t use subcontractors. We had the same crew at our house every day, which meant consistency and trust. The workers were highly skilled, professional, and meticulous and took pride in their craft. They showed up every day and worked diligently until the job was done, completing everything on time. Communication was another area where they excelled. They were always responsive to our questions and any special requests we had and were proactive in offering helpful suggestions to improve both the design and functionality of the spaces. We really appreciated their input—it was clear they had a lot of experience and were dedicated to making sure we were 100% happy with the outcome. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the whole process was stress-free. We now have beautiful, functional spaces that we love spending time in. We highly recommend Four Seasons Design Build for any remodeling projects, and will definitely reach out to Ken and his team for future work. Ken is a contractor with lots of flexibility - as the project moves forward, he is willing to accommodate things that are logically important to the customer. Marvin, Melbin and Carlos worked as a team. Marvin is an excellent worker, knows his job well. He is an asset to Ken's Company. Cons: A one week project took up a month which was really frustrating as they put in only 3 hours of meaningful work out of an 8 hour work day.

Uma, thank you for the kind words and we appreciate your business and the opportunity to transform your entire property to a beautiful and functional area with 3 new patios, renovation of a 4th existing patio, construction of a series of new steps and platforms, three different types of gravel and custom built boxes, special glue types and sealant applications , additional white painting 2 coats, complete lawn renovation, drainage systems throughout the property, outside fence area stone projects. A very detailed project requiring 4-5 weeks. I will post before and after pictures if site allows. Thank you again and enjoy your new outdoor environment.

Ken came out and talked me through some of the details of my patio project. I’m a new homeowner so I appreciated that he walked me through different options for materials and layout, as well as the associated price changes. The work was high quality and finished in the estimated time frame. I would definitely work with Ken and Four Seasons again.

Ken is still finishing up our patio, almost there. I really liked his responsiveness to out questions, flexibility with the contract, and overall the quality of the work. It’s turning out great. Can’t wait til it’s done. Will be using him for other work we have planned.
