- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since Thumbtack has changed their platform I'd just like to add answers to commonly asked questions: Prices are $50/hr or $150 for a three lesson basic puppy/dog obedience package (each lesson is an hour). For Aggressive behavior modification the price is $100/hr or $300 for a 3-lesson package. All prices are subject to change based on your location (out of area surcharge may be added). For any scheduling or availability questions please text my cell number located in my profile. I only offer in-home (your home) lessons, I do not do group lessons or board and train options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the client about what types of training they are looking for, and give a general time frame for how long the training will take. I am upfront about cost and there will be no hidden fees or extra costs for multiple dogs or even having a session with outside dogs or family members. After, I will schedule a first session at their convenience and get started right away on training!
