I noticed my dryer leaking on a Friday night and started looking into dryer vent cleaning. Luka replied very quickly—around 11 p.m.—and offered to come the next day, Saturday. He showed up as promised and did a great job cleaning not only the dryer vent but also the air ducts, which I hadn’t realized were also dirty. He worked patiently and thoroughly. The only concern I had was that the third and fourth floors use flex duct. While Luka was cleaning the fourth floor, some tin foil–like material came out of two vents on the third floor. I was worried something might be wrong, but Luka reassured me that everything was fine and that nothing was damaged. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service—fast response, professional work, and great results.

I needed a duct repaired and did not choose this vendor because I thought they just cleaned ducts, not repaired them. No one responded but he reached out to me and came the that day. I showed him the ducts that needed repaired and he fixed them as well as cleaned my filthy vents. Greatly appreciate him reaching out and fixing my vents right before this awful heat wave.
