I had a dire emergency on my hands from a tenant who completely trashed my house. Randy made a job I thought was impossible, possible. I am grateful for that. This is my first independent home purchase. I just invested nearly $10,000 in interior painting work and new furniture. I was definitely anxious about my walls, floorboards, and furniture getting damaged from equipment and the move around that was necessary to get to the floors. I am sure my anxiety wasn’t easy to deal with, but I am grateful Randy was so optimistic.
The new color of my floors is so perfect and at the end of the day, if there are scuffs, scratches, etc. to touch up, I’m fine with that. I appreciate the efficiency and efforts of the work team who was here.
I am attaching photos of the transformation from golden oak to the new light color that I love. I am pleased.

Randy and team were super knowledgeable and professional. I needed to have the flooring in my basement leveled before having LVP installed. Job took about 2 days despite some miscommunication (no ones fault) regarding covering what used to be a drain. The team was very flexible and came back out the next week to complete the job.
