I'm only giving them 1 star because I am required to leave a rating. I've moved multiple time and never have I had such a horrendous nightmare of an experience. My husband and I were moving from a 2BD apartment into a new house. I had boxed up all the items and taken down all the beds. All they had to do was move the bedroom furniture (which I disassembled), living room furniture, dining table, small computer desk and boxes. It took them 6 hours!!! This job was a 2 hour job max. They took multiple smoke breaks, they also damaged my dining room table, bedroom furniture and coffee table. My walls in my new house were banged up. I have no idea how this company is in business. Even if they offered free service I would pay to use somebody else

The price for the move was reasonable, however, the moving men broke the glass lampshade on my iron floor lamp. They said they would replace it but then showed up a week later with a cheap plastic lamp shade (after stating they would come on the following Monday; the move was on Saturday, and I had to call the office about it). I told the guy "Mike" that that was unacceptable and have not heard from him since. There was also damage to my black wood canopy bed (scratches and scrapes) that I did not notice until a few days after they left. Plus, it started raining and they let my rice paper lamps get wet, fortunately, I was able to reshape them. I'm not sure where they are from (Russia maybe?) but there was also a language barrier when I was trying to ,explain things to the movers (or at least they pretended there was). Anyway, there are better movers worth hiring. These people damage your property and then do not keep their word when they say they will fix the problem. You have to sweat them to get your issue resolved, and then they try to replace your quality item with a cheap substandard one. Their customer service really sucks, so do not expect any follow up calls prior to the move to confirm nor afterwards if there is a problem; you will have to do all of the work, and still end up with an unsatisfactory outcome in the end. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tyson's Express Moving. Note: There were no hidden fees or additional charges for tape because I hired them for a flat fee (thank God).

Dear customer, A new glass shade that we brought to you was NOT cheap. We apologize for a delay, it was very busy and not easy to find right shade for your lamp. Regards,

I called in a morning for same day service and Tyson's Express was able to offer the same. The crew was right on time and was hard working.
