Hello everyone. Waldine is awesome she is an amazing health instructor, health coach any concerns or questions you may have. She will assist you with changing bad habits to good habits I am 59 years old I’ve never felt nor look my best in years however she help me make that transition you have to desire to change your life style and mindset in order to achieve your dreams !!!! Waldine are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome person to be around. I've never been with a fitness trainer with a better vibe. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is determined by my clients needs. I therefore is a 20% discount if a package is purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process usually starts with a consultation to find out the clients goals and what challenges they’ve been facing. I conduct a Health history and a physical assessment to establish what kind of approach is needed. Then I give a recommendation and we work together to establish a plan that fits into their life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was educated at Institute of Integrated Nutrition as a Health Coach. Had a Personal Training Certification the American Fitness Association. Currently studying with International Sports Science Association
