Introduction: I’ve worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over a decade. My clients are successful because I emphasize a health and fitness approach. Nutrition and Exercise is the center of my practice. This is not said often but good health is the primary driver of weight loss and fitness. You must get healthy to lose weight and not the other way around. I’m am particularly sensitive of the individuality of each client. My experience has taught me that each person is unique. One size doesn’t fit all in health and fitness. People differ for various reasons, i.e. goals, stage of life, injuries and genetics, etc. Therefore, I take the time to get to know my clients very well to design a program that will work for their body. I am committed to my clients getting the results they want!!! The biggest reward in my work is seeing my clients accomplish something they never thought they could. Their increased confidence and sense of empowerment makes my work worthwhile.

I have never had a trainer so incredible! Waldine is so much more than a trainer. She is truly a Whole Body coach, mentor, cheerleader, counselor, and educator. I have learned so much about food, how the body works, the proper way to exercise, and overcoming mental obstacles - in fact, this is the only time I have ever lost weight as a simple side effect of taking care of myself. No crash dieting, no crazy exercise routines, etc. I changed my mind-set step by step, exercising healthfully and eating to nourish my body instead of to feed stress/boredom. I had been addicted to sugar/carbs for so long, and boom, in 2 weeks' time, I was done. Waldine is my trainer for life!

Working with Ms. Cornelius was made easy and effective by her wealth of knowledge of the human body and its workings. She was also a great nutritionist and often made suggestions that would enhance the physical regimen with simple recipes. As a personal trainer working with older people she is patient and supportive and respectful that helps us relax and do much better for ourself.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is determined by my clients needs. I therefore is a 20% discount if a package is purchased.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The process usually starts with a consultation to find out the clients goals and what challenges they’ve been facing. I conduct a Health history and a physical assessment to establish what kind of approach is needed. Then I give a recommendation and we work together to establish a plan that fits into their life.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I was educated at Institute of Integrated Nutrition as a Health Coach. Had a Personal Training Certification the American Fitness Association. Currently studying with International Sports Science Association
