FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every coaching relationship begins with a conversation. During our initial consultation, I take the time to understand your goals, challenges, values, and what success looks like to you. This discovery session allows us to identify where you are today and where you want to be. From there, we develop a personalized coaching plan with clear objectives, measurable milestones, and actionable strategies tailored to your unique circumstances. Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, I provide guidance, accountability, honest feedback, and practical tools to help you overcome obstacles and maintain momentum. As you grow, we continually evaluate your progress, celebrate wins, and adjust the plan as needed. My goal is not just to help you achieve short-term results, but to equip you with the mindset, habits, and confidence to continue thriving long after our coaching engagement has ended.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My coaching approach is built on a combination of formal education, elite athletic experience, and hands-on leadership development. I completed a rigorous leadership and coaching program through the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting growth. In addition, my experience as a former Division I athlete and my training within the athletic and sports agency industry taught me the importance of accountability, resilience, high performance, and building strong relationships. Those experiences provided valuable insight into helping individuals perform under pressure, overcome obstacles, and maximize their potential. By combining evidence-based coaching principles with real-world experience, I’m able to help clients create practical strategies that lead to success in their careers, personal lives, and overall well-being.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for coaching began as a former Division I athlete, where I experienced firsthand the impact that great coaches, mentors, and accountability can have on performance and personal growth. Through athletics, I learned that success is about much more than talent—it’s built through mindset, discipline, resilience, and consistent action. That foundation inspired me to pursue coaching professionally. I completed a rigorous leadership and coaching program and developed a passion for helping others unlock their potential. Today, I work with individuals who want to elevate their careers, strengthen their personal lives, and become the best version of themselves. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
