Thank you very much it was a pleasure working on your project and thanks for putting your trust in us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your project. We appreciate both your positive comments about Jina's design work and our crew's commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. We'd like to provide context for future clients reading this review. This project, while appearing straightforward as a one-room addition and bathroom, encountered significant pre-existing challenges that extended the timeline. During the permitting process, the county required a septic system inspection which revealed age-related degradation requiring full remediation. This discovery alone added several months to the project timeline - time needed for inspection scheduling, report generation, contractor deployment, repairs, and re-inspection. Throughout these unexpected delays, our team made numerous site visits to refine the design with you and ensure your vision was realized. We maintained near-daily communication through our deployment updates, keeping you informed at every step. When cold weather arrived, we prioritized the longevity of your investment by postponing concrete work until conditions were optimal - a decision that reflects our 35-year commitment to building structures that stand the test of time. During construction, our experienced team also identified and documented several safety concerns related to your home's age. While these discoveries were outside our project scope, we felt obligated to bring them to your attention for your family's wellbeing. We're genuinely surprised to learn about outstanding items, as maintaining open communication and completing projects to our clients' satisfaction has been fundamental to our 35-year reputation in the community. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss any remaining concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction with the project. We take pride in every project we complete and stand behind our work. Thank you again for recognizing our design expertise and our crew's professionalism.

Thank you for your review.
