Will Prendergast is a power player on the Prendergast Team. He joined the business full time in 2010, and he is licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. He was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area and graduated from James Madison University where he double majored in International Business and Spanish. Since joining The Prendergast Team ten years ago, he has closed over one hundred million dollars in sales. With his mother Marianne they are reliably ranked among “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal. As a team, their annual production is consistently about 75 million dollars.
Marianne and Will formed a team in July of 2010 and have built upon each other’s success as an agent in his/her own right, but both thought a team approach to the business would benefit everyone.
