- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our general roof inspections are from $200-250. Roof maintenance repairs are $250-1,500. Emergency services (such as tarping) are $300+. Hail & Wind roof claims are $250. All fees are upon the complexity of the roof. We offer discounts to Veterans and Seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a prompt response on our availability, pricing and services. Set up the appointment based on the customer's preference and provide the reports and repairs in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 9 years of home improvement experience, over 7,000 roof inspections on the contractor and insurance side. Our inspectors are also certified by an Engineering firm, providing unmatched experience and expertise.
