I arrive to my initial appointment on time, and was met with a “coordinator”. Although my connection was clear and we were fine, she asked me to reschedule. I did so for a Friday and she states there open availability. I was scheduled for 6:30pm. When I got on the google meet call, I was told the tutor was unavailable. This was a waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend them.
