- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation over the phone if preferred. We setup a day and time to get started. We meet that day talk about issues you have and goals you want to accomplish and we begin right away!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am AFAA certified, CPR Certified by Red Cross and Silversneakers Certified.
