- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Amadeo’s Gourmet, pricing reflects the quality, presentation, and professionalism that go into every event. Each quote is custom-tailored based on guest count, menu selections, and service style. While we occasionally offer seasonal promotions or package upgrades, we focus on delivering premium value rather than discounts. Credit card payments include a standard 3.5% processing fee, and all pricing is fully transparent within your proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a personal consultation via email or phone to discuss your vision, guest count, and event details. From there, we have you curate a customized gourmet menu based on your preferences and theme. Once your selections are finalized, you’ll receive a detailed quote and contract outlining all inclusions, fees, and service details. Our goal is to make the process seamless, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our culinary background and self taught combines years of hands-on event catering experience with continuous training in food safety, ServSafe management, menu development, and event presentation. Beyond formal training, our team is passionate about refined hospitality and the artistry of cuisine, which shows in every plate we serve.
