The Law Office of Maciej B. Zebrak was founded to provide quality legal services. I will personally handle all aspects of your case, and I will promptly return all telephone calls and emails. I built my practice on the belief that you deserve a law firm that will provide you with professional representation from start to finish. In our initial interview, you are immediately put at ease. I start by getting to know you and the details of your situation at no cost to you. When you become my client, you are not handed off to a staff member. I will personally answer all of your questions, promptly return all of your calls and address every aspect of your case.
Professional representation is about more than building on my own success. It also involves helping my community. I provide pro bono services to the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society and the Legal Aid Justice Center. I am also a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Maciej, (pronounced ma-chay) has been incredible. My case, stated by everyone involved, has been one of the most difficult cases ever in Virginia. In court previously for over 10 years, that all ended when Maciej took my case. He got me sole legal & physical custody of my son, when no one else could even arrange consistent visitation arrangements in all those years. My situation was a true nightmare.
He's changed my, and my sons, life!
Besides all this, in all my years dealing with so many attorneys, I have never met someone as caring, concerned and interested in my case as Maciej. It's what we desperately needed. Nobody else cared. Maciej actually read a mountain of files and documentation about my case that most other merely skipped over, probably reading or researching nothing. Mr. Zebrak handled my divorce & custody case and did an awesome job!! Couldn't ask for a better lawyer!! He has gone above & beyond to win my custody case & kept me from going to court against my ex with the divorce.. It was a complete headache & stressful to deal with until I hired Mr. Zebrak and then I didn't have any worries.. He was on my side 100% & dealt with everything professionally..
