They did an excellent job topdressing my lawn! My house had really poor soil quality. We aerated and over-seeded in conjunction with them blowing in compost two weeks later its got a ton of growth and filled in nicely!

Was looking forward to doing business with this company, but I could never get them scheduled in a timely manner. I was told Thursday, then it was pushed to Friday. Once friday didn't work, they said monday. I had already scheduled work to be done on the yard Saturday, based on the day I was given from this company. Waiting was no longer an option. Best of luck.
Mulch Worx's reply
Unfortunately this particular customer had an extremely specific timeline and expectation for such a weather dependent industry. The customer delayed the job at least a week at the beginning due to needing to have their property ready for us to blow in topsoil. Then we had record rain for about 1.5 weeks which unfortunately blower trucks cannot blow wet soil and even post rain we pulled off blowing in soil and compost for about another week. Blower trucks cannot blow mud/muck. I will say we did have to delay today the day we were supposed to come/ the day of this review, due to having some large contracted work for our largest customer take longer than expected. However it is a friday and we can guarantee coming Monday. This was not acceptable to the customer. We definitely did delay today. But we tried our best, we cannot control the weather. You can top dress after aerating, it actually gives the best benefit to aerating and seeding. It works the installed material into the aerating holes and insulates the newly installed seed.
