This was my first home remodel project and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan and his team (Vladimir, Johnny, and Chris) were AMAZING!!! I had some molded subflooring that needed to be replaced. They also put new flooring down and I love absolutely love it! The job was completed so fast, I couldn't believe it.

So grateful I called Modern Structure Homes. Jonathan was quick to respond to my inquiry, came the next day to estimate and helped me to determine what we wanted from our backyard long term. We bought our home two years ago, deck was rotting and the pool was not functional. It was a an eye soar and the frogs moved in with their tadpoles. Jonathan and his team ripped it all out and hauled it away. We got steps built on both sides of our back screened in porch and now it’s so open that I’m excited. My dreams of having a beautiful garden are on the horizon. Thank you Jonathan. for working so fast, doing a great job and working with me. May your business be blessed immensely!
