This was my first home remodel project and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan and his team (Vladimir, Johnny, and Chris) were AMAZING!!! I had some molded subflooring that needed to be replaced. They also put new flooring down and I love absolutely love it! The job was completed so fast, I couldn't believe it.

From start to finish, estimate to paint, Modern structure homes and the entire crew were professional in every way. They arrived on time every time. We received constant communication check-ins to make sure things were going smoothly. Restoration can be a timely matter, but they assured me and kept it clean so I can continue in the other half of my house. The finished work looks better than it did before the tree fell through the room. So I’m overly satisfied.
