- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charge $45/hour for miscellaneous work. Also charge $45/hour for travel and time. Any other work that is job specific such as changing a toilet I charge by the job, not by the hour. Let me know what you need done and I will be glad to answer you questions!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Any job that is big (non-miscellaneous) and you would like me to do an estimate, I charge the same as travel and time. If you would like your estimate to be free, I recommend being very thorough on the extend of the job you need me to do, including lots of pictures.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customers. A lot of home owners that want renovations for bathrooms or kitchens as well as small stuff such as upgrading their door, painting their room, installing new floor, etc... I also work with some Landlords, they may have a sink that needs a P-trap replaced, toilet leak, floor damage, etc... I am open to working with anyone!
