- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor is a uniform hourly rate, and most materials are at cost with no markup. Depending upon the amount of materials needed, a prepayment of those costs may be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond quickly to learn about their needs, timing, and project conditions. Provide a scope, schedule, and cost of work that works for both of us. Then, let's get it scheduled and rolling to get it done (professionally and timely) for them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 40 years of construction and construction management experience in residential and commercial…(wow…am I really that old?) Also, a licensed professional engineer…so, I have designed, permitted and then built my own projects…they’re all still standing… back when I did commercial work there was one Taco Bell (which takes 120 days to construct) …we built in 48 hours…really…
