We cannot say enough good things about Mark. He spent two full days in our three-story home hanging drapery with such professionalism, precision, care, and patience. From the very beginning, he was personable, thorough, flexible, and truly listened to exactly how we wanted everything done. He took the time to make adjustments and ensure every detail was perfect.
We received three different bids and chose Mark because his pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and he clearly explained how he would safely and professionally install everything. That level of knowledge and attention to detail immediately stood out.
Not only did the finished work look beautiful, but having Mark in our home for those two days was genuinely a pleasure. He treated our home with respect and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and enjoyable. The drapery completely transformed our new house into a home.

OHC did a number of things for us including drywall repair throughout the house, replacement of sinks, tub and shower fixtures, installed a towel warmer, and added an outlet for a tv. All of the work was professional. The communication was great. Easy to work with.

Respond quickly to learn about their needs, timing, and project conditions. Provide a scope, schedule, and cost of work that works for both of us. Then, let's get it scheduled and rolling to get it done (professionally and timely) for them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 40 years of construction and construction management experience in residential and commercial…(wow…am I really that old?) Also, a licensed professional engineer…so, I have designed, permitted and then built my own projects…they’re all still standing… back when I did commercial work there was one Taco Bell (which takes 120 days to construct) …we built in 48 hours…really…
