As a tenant of a rental home for 3 years, we wanted a home inspection to address the safety and quality of the home. We had some concerns of our own and after explaining them to Joe, he personalized our home inspection for the areas we discussed. Joe and his partner worked thoroughly to discover the cause of the problems in our home, they answered our questions, and offered professional advice and opinions.
The type of service they provided was phenomenal. It was a pleasure working with a professional that practices great costumer service. He was an all-around great individual to work with.

I scheduled an inspection with Chase, one of Award's inspectors, on a Saturday morning on short notice. He was at the property before I arrived and was inspecting the roof while walking the eaves. He was very professional and friendly during the inspection and answered questions my wife and I had when we weren't sure about some defects he had found. The report came before I was expecting it (he estimated about 24 hours, it was in my inbox that night) and was very concise and thorough. I will be recommending Chase and Award Home Inspections to several of my friends and family who are expecting to purchase houses this spring! Thanks again for the exceptional work!
