Joe was very professional and down to earth. He arrived on time. He explained in detail the issues that were found. He took the time to answer questions I had and gave background knowledge that I wouldn't have known. He delivered the inspection report in less than 24 hours and provided pictures in the report. I will use this company again if I need them in the future.

I scheduled an inspection with Chase, one of Award's inspectors, on a Saturday morning on short notice. He was at the property before I arrived and was inspecting the roof while walking the eaves. He was very professional and friendly during the inspection and answered questions my wife and I had when we weren't sure about some defects he had found. The report came before I was expecting it (he estimated about 24 hours, it was in my inbox that night) and was very concise and thorough. I will be recommending Chase and Award Home Inspections to several of my friends and family who are expecting to purchase houses this spring! Thanks again for the exceptional work!

I am putting my home up for sale soon and wanted to know if there were any problems that needed to be addressed. I selected Joe because he stated in his quote response that he goes up on the roof and does a thorough inspection of the home. He did exactly that and patiently explained his findings to me before he prepared the report and made recommendations for remedying issues. I am very satisfied with his inspection and would highly recommend him to others.

Joe did a great job with our home inspection! My Realtor told me over and over what a thorough job he did inspecting the property, how easy to work with and well informed he is about home inspection. She said she will be calling him for all of her other clients. Making an appointment with him was quick and easy and his report was easy to read but very detailed. This has been a great experience.
