- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices and fees are based on travel mileage. I'm very reasonable, and I am very professional and knowledgeable regarding all legal documents that require notarization in the state of Virginia.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial phone call, I would ask you what type of document you need notarize. Than, I would ask do you have a valid government issued photo ID. If the customer answer "yes" to the above question, the next step would be to schedule a date and time to meet to perform the notarial act.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a notary since 2015, I have notarize hundreds of documents. I am NNA certified and have passed the NNA criminal background check. I also carry $25,000 E & O Insurance. I have completed the VA Notary Law certification
