- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial consultation is free. LizaBelle's packages are competitively priced. We offer a 10% Military discount and a complimentary gift valued at $150 for all referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a complimentary consultation to establish rapport. This forum allows the potential client an opportunity to clearly articulate their vision and expectation. During this time the potential client is encouraged to evaluate an alliance by asking pertinent questions to see if our style, personality and services coincide well with the potential client's desires/needs. Next, the potential client is presented with a Pre-Event Planning Questionnaire in an effort to co-creatively design a path to the desired destination. Lastly, if the proposed plan of action proves satisfactory to the potential client, both parties will execute an agreement and let the planning begin. The planning process is dependent on the agreed upon arrangement and the services needed.
