- How did you get started doing this type of work?This life's work chose me. I had no intentions of teaching INSANITY and with social media found people wanting to follow me and learn more about HOW I got the success that I did. Then they wanted to work out with me for motivation & encouragement. The rest is INSANITY history, I guess.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?If you are not getting uncomfortable in your time with your fitness trainer, then FIND a new one. Our time together is suppose to be encouraging but you are also suppose to stretch. Do things that you wouldn't normally attempt in a workout session. Safely work your heart rate upwards and then effectively stretch and bring your heart rate down.
