David Keys and his son came on the day and at the time we agreed. He thoroughly power washed the exterior of our house including the front sidewalk, front steps, 3 porches with wood decks, rear stair, and screen porch floor. He did a careful job and left the house looking a lot fresher and cleaner. A reasonable price and a good value for a job well done! We will use David again for additional work.

Powerwashed a back deck and fence, then refinished the deck. Our main thing was time crunch. They completed it in 2 - 3 days from quoting and it's never looked better.

When comparing bids, please compare services. Many companies bid low to win and don't include everything needed to do the job correctly. I bid my jobs to include what it takes to make the property look great. We treat our jobs as paintings. I will not paint a picture I am not willing to put our name on.
