We are so glad we worked with Tommy in our first home purchase. Tommy was very knowledgeable, yet with humility and integrity. We were confident in his ability to answer our many questions, be up front if he wasn't sure about something, and then get back to us promptly with the information we wanted. His genuineness and down to earth presence was always a welcome relief to a potentially very daunting and stressful experience. It felt like Tommy was a team player, and that he wanted to help us find more than just a house, but to help us find our home. My husband and I recently moved from Pittsburgh to Virginia. Not knowing anyone in VA, we sent an email to the listed realtor for a home we were interested in looking at. Within 2 hours, we got a personal phone call from Tommy Sibiga. He was kind, listened to my rambling of what we were looking for and immediately agreed to work with us. He made time for us on weekends when we were able to make a trip from Pittsburgh. He was always prepared to show us the houses we were interested in. He is very educated about construction of homes and was able to give us feedback about the homes we looked at. He remained unbiased the entire time we worked with him. He never appeared put out or frustrated with our endless changes in homes, needs and desires. When we finally switched from buying to building, Tommy never skipped a beat. He just made the switch along with us. He helped us with design, formulating thoughts, exploring options. He made referrals to builders and again remained impartial encouraging us to explore all options, despite the fact that R-CI builders works directly with Hometown Realty. He helped us with the purchase of our land and then guided us to another builder, Mitchell Homes, which we ended up going with. Tommy was a Godsend!Not only was he incredibly responsive, but his knowledge was outstanding. As first time home buyers we were a little lost. My wife and I had a general idea of what we wanted in a house, but that was about it.Tommy took us through everything from the appliances, roof, windows, floors, neighborhoods..you name it he knew about it. He was able to give us advice on what may or may not be good purchasing decisions.However, most importantly, he was willing to give his opinion, but he never pushed. Tommy let us make our minds up and was excruciatingly patient with us. I would recommend Tommy to all first time home buyers, but even if you have bought before I can guarantee he can help you out!

He was awesome, he always got back with me immediately (less than 5 minutes every time). I would recommended him to friends and family, this is how comfortable I am with him as a person and work ethics. I purchased a short sale using him and I was told to expect 5-9 months before answer and continuing onto closing of the house. He was able to make this happen as if it was a regular home sale. He and the seller/bank got me all the additional paperwork needed to get the utilities turned on for inspection and appraisal. I have been hold horror stories before from my friends in the industry and he made this look like a cakewalk. He was able to escort me thru this process no issues at all. He got it done in record time and kept everyone in the loop and happy.I was so comfortable with him, I just recommended him to my old out of state landlord. This is because how he had dealt with me and knew he would take care of him correctly. Knowing my old landlord would be taken care of with no issues, even if he lived out of state. I felt he was a blessing to me and my family, which by the way is enjoying the new house - THANKS!!!He well known and respected by his peers. My loan agent referred me to him and told me he is his "Top producing realtor", and now I can see why. He has surrounded himself with good trusted and honest people to work with and this is why he is so good. He is awesome by himself, but his team makes him even better.I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell, local or relocating to this area with no reservation. I know he just passed up his "150th Real Estate Transaction", congratulations and keep up the momentum.

Tommy is an incredible Realtor. As a Realtor myself we have spent hours and hours discussing ways to improve the clients experience and to ensure they receive the highest level of service regardless of which side of the transaction they are on. His clients interest always come first. He's constantly researching cutting edge technologies to make sure his clients are a step ahead in this exciting ever-changing world of real estate but he also never forgets the relational aspect and I've personally witnessed the fondness past clients have for Tommy even though the transactions have been completed years ago. He's the total package and I can't imagine there is a better choice in central Virginia.
