I contacted Ted to have our ceiling repaired and to have our 2-story foyer painted. He came to the house to see what needed to be done, worked up an estimate, and reviewed it with me in detail. The entire project was completed in 2 days, and that included a last minute change in scope, adding an additional hallway to the areas needing painting. Ted and one assistant reported on time both days, and very carefully prepped the area before starting the work. I am very pleased with the end product! Ted is friendly and is easy to talk to, and I will definitely be contacting him in the future for other projects on our list!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rent-A-Pro Handyman is a time and materials company. The company rate is $65 Per man hour with a 10% labor discount. Why not pay for the exact time worked-and no more. My RATES are affordable and very competitive. The more time we work for you or the bigger the project the more I discount $$$ to my customers/return clients. No up-charge on materials. you only pay for the receipt cost for the materials needed.. Any supplies not used are returned and removed from the invoice bill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please Go to my website button where you can be informed/educated about Rent-A-Pro Handyman. Add your to do list at bottom and press submit. The form comes-directly to the company email where we monitor by the hour. We will respond within 24 hours to set up a FREE estimate at your home or you can get an additional 5% labor discount by setting up a service date immediately with out an estimate.
