Felony Fraud - My business suffered serious embezzlement. The county police were slow to respond. I contacted Mark to help me. He discussed the case with me, identified the key facts and persons involved, suggested immediate changes and a strategy, stayed in touch, and checked on my situation consistently while I decided how to proceed. Finally the police took on the case as a formal criminal investigation and the case is now moving to prosecution. Using CAPinq, LLC was a last resort to locate a mover who did not deliver about 1/4 of our household items during a move. The mover had gone out of business and seemed to be untraceable by me (and even his mother).
